HISTORY AND PARISHES

Resurrection Catholic School at the Cathedral was formed in 2007 by the Archdiocese's consolidation of three Kansas City, KS schools: All Saints, Cathedral of St. Peter, and St. John/Holy Family. Each of these schools had established traditions, born of their diverse ethnic heritages, which continue to be honored and celebrated at RCS today.

Resurrection Catholic School, located next to the Cathedral of St. Peter, is housed in the building that was formerly the Cathedral of St. Peter School.

Resurrection currently serves the children of five KCK parishes: All Saints (formerly St. Joseph, St. Cyril, St. Benedict, St. Thomas), Cathedral of St. Peter, Holy Family, St. Mary/St. Anthony, and St. John the Baptist.
